Building on an established partnership with Greenworkx, i.e. the successful joint delivery of the Energy Advisor Academy, AgilityEco chose Greenworkx’s learning platform due to its:
AgilityEco team members achieved an impressive 31% average knowledge gain. This far exceeded the shared objective that AgilityEco and Greenworkx had originally set, of a 20% improvement in baseline retrofit knowledge.
The knowledge gain was even higher in key roles such as Project Administrators, who improved their knowledge by 36%, and Booking Administrators, who improved by 49%.
These significant improvements reflect the impact of a structured yet flexible approach to learning that fits around busy day-to-day work.
Due to the positive impact and experience, 83% of line managers agree that they would recommend this training to other teams at AgilityEco.
