Matched pathway
Greenworkx’s all-in-one skills platform lets managers give every new starter a personalised learning pathway from their first day. A skills diagnostic measures what each person already knows, so every pathway is matched to their skills gaps and what they need for their role.
Expert-approved courses, kept up to date as standards change, cover the processes and technical terms your work depends on. Practical learning tools give live feedback, so new starters can try real situations before they meet them on site.
Live dashboards show managers each person’s progress in real time, and when they’re ready to work with less support.
New starters contribute sooner. Their pathway covers the basics, so your experienced people spend fewer hours explaining them and more on the work only they can do.
Pathways reflect what experienced staff in each role say new starters need to know.
Short, mobile courses slot in between shadowing, site visits and paperwork.
Courses start from the basics of retrofit, so recruits from other industries can keep up.

“It was really important to me to have a solution that was ready to intertwine with our onboarding process, for people we were recruiting who were brand new to the business, and sometimes brand new to retrofit. I’m finding that [managers] are reaching out to me, because they want their new starters to be enrolled.”

Hayley Clifford
Net Zero Learning Manager, WPS
“With a user-friendly design and bite-sized modules that are easy to navigate and submit, it’s perfect for both new starters and experienced staff.”

Amy Ainger
Head of Impact, AgilityEco
“Learning the different technical terms that come under retrofit will help me when I do my document checks.”

“Very good for a new starter to learn how to deal with difficult conversations and what they may face on a day to day basis.”

“I now have a better understanding of the retrofit scheme as a whole. The training provided clear information that’s useful and applies to my job role.”

No. Pathways start from the basics where someone needs them, so people joining from other industries can build the knowledge their role requires.
Organisations powering the energy transition. We’re starting with the built environment: main contractors, housing associations and local authorities are using Greenworkx across their workforce, from technical site-based roles to resident-facing teams.
You’ll get a certificate for every course you finish. Many of our courses are CPD-accredited, meaning you’ll get a formal certificate of Continuing Professional Development. For all other courses, you’ll be awarded a Greenworkx certificate to showcase your achievement and skills.
Greenworkx runs in a web browser. People sign in with a one-time code, with nothing to download or install, so it can run alongside the system you already use. We can also connect our courses to some learning management systems, and we’ll talk through the option that suits your organisation.
