What is Greenworkx?
An all-in-one skills platform for organisations powering the energy transition, starting with the built environment. It helps you find your team’s skills gaps, build practical capability and evidence the results.
Who is it for?
Organisations powering the energy transition. We’re starting with the built environment: main contractors, housing associations and local authorities are using Greenworkx across their workforce, from technical site-based roles to resident-facing teams.
Who creates your content?
Our learning-design team builds every course from Greenworkx’s own guides. AI produces a first draft, then our designers research, edit and add the interactions, images and practical examples. Subject-matter experts check the facts in courses that need specialist knowledge.
How is content checked for accuracy and quality?
Every course goes through internal quality assurance before it’s published. Depending on the course, a subject-matter expert checks the technical detail, and a customer can review it before their team starts.
How do you keep courses current?
Our team reviews feedback from learners and customers and tracks changes to regulations and standards, such as updates to PAS 2035. When something changes, we review the courses it affects and update them. A person checks every change before it goes live.
Can learning reflect our policies and processes?
Yes. We can add a short layer to our courses that covers your own policies, processes and templates, for onboarding or practice. We check it against our verified content so it stays in line with best practice. If your team needs a topic we don’t cover yet, we’ll talk to you about creating new content.
Are the courses CPD-accredited?
Your subscription includes 50+ hours of CPD-accredited content, and certificates are logged automatically against each person’s record.
Will I get a qualification at the end?
You’ll get a certificate for every course you finish. Many of our courses are CPD-accredited, meaning you’ll get a formal certificate of Continuing Professional Development. For all other courses, you’ll be awarded a Greenworkx certificate to showcase your achievement and skills.
How do you protect our team’s data?
We only use learner data to deliver and report on your team’s learning, and we handle it in line with UK GDPR.

How does it work alongside our learning management system?
Greenworkx runs in a web browser. People sign in with a one-time code, with nothing to download or install, so it can run alongside the system you already use. We can also connect our courses to some learning management systems, and we’ll talk through the option that suits your organisation.
How is it priced?
A monthly or annual subscription based on the size of your team. Contact us to discuss the best package for your needs.
How do we get started?
Contact us to discuss your needs and set up your subscription. Once you’re set up, your managers can enrol people and choose learning for them directly in the platform. Our team is on hand to help you set goals and get the most from it.
