> Greenworkx is a UK business-to-business (B2B) green skills platform that helps employers train, upskill, and develop the competence of their existing workforce for the energy transition. ## Employer training and competence platform

Greenworkx's training platform for employers offers 70 CPD-accredited modules across retrofit, energy efficiency, customer engagement, and regulatory compliance. Content is bite-sized and mobile-first, designed for delivery teams working on live retrofit projects. Each module includes audio, factsheets, and scenario-based knowledge checks. Employers receive dashboards showing team knowledge gains, completion rates, and competence gaps by role.
