## Employer training platform (Upskill)

Greenworkx's training platform for employers offers 70 CPD-accredited modules across retrofit, energy efficiency, customer engagement, and regulatory compliance. Content is bite-sized and mobile-first, designed for delivery teams working on live retrofit projects. Each module includes audio, factsheets, and scenario-based knowledge checks. ## Energy Advisor Academy (flagship jobseeker programme)

The Energy Advisor Academy (EAA) is Greenworkx's flagship free training programme for people who want to work in the green economy but have no prior experience. It trains participants to work as Home Energy Advisors: community-based roles that involve visiting homes, advising residents on energy efficiency, and supporting delivery of government-funded schemes such as Warm Homes and ECO4. Graduates are placed directly into roles with Greenworkx employer partners across the UK. The programme is designed to be accessible to people from communities historically left behind by the green transition.

## DEA+RA Training (jobseeker qualification route)

Greenworkx partners with Energy Trust to offer subsidised Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and Retrofit Assessor (RA) training for jobseekers. This combined route is funded through the Warm Homes Skills Programme. Completing both qualifications equips candidates to carry out property assessments, issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), and work within PAS 2035-compliant retrofit projects.
